The hotel is very clean with good staff .Location is good with a lot of parking if you have car Shuttle bus service is good but you can also find cheap taxis all the time

Nothing at all No parking available room was so small we couldnt even pray in it the staff were very rude the room service guy wanted to fight us over the phone when we were ordering room service its not even 1 star hotel 5 star is a scam .

Hotel is improved & it has barber shop to which is not messy like usual barbers in Macca. Its not far by taxi from Haram

The hotel beautiful, rooms were clean and nice and good size, the housekeeper his updates in everything, the staff at the front desk so nice and friendly, I received almost everyday phone calls from Mr AMMAR check at me if I need anything, it's so nice of him , I really appreciate it Thank you for everyone at the hotel especially Mr AMMAR.

The hotel is very luxurious and comfortable with all facilities available within the hotel. Room was comfortable, good-working AC and a locker. Fridge was switched off but didnt try to turn on. Excellent prayer room and restaurant facility.

beautiful. excellent. very specious. clean and shiny. dedicated masjid with an Imam to lead daily prayer. huge lounge with lots of different sitting places. a big restaurant with lots of sitting capacity. amazing ! lots of different tasty food. a dedicated chef to make fresh bread and omelettes. I recommend guest to have at least one meal to experience their food. I stayed on the 14th floor and the house keeping staff was very caring
